With recent news and concerns regarding the swine flu cases, I have received calls about this. In following the Center of Disease Control’s guidelines, you should watch for the following symptoms and if after 2 days of these symptoms you are not feeling better, you should seek medical care. They are fever, aching, chills, coughing, runny nose, diarrhea and vomiting.

Frequent good hand washing, staying home when you are ill, covering your mouth when you sneeze or cough and wait 2 days with symptoms to make sure it isn’t just the regular viral syndrome. Please contact your health care provider if you have any concerns about the swine flu.
