b. Mr. Mike Baird, Board President, recommends hiring Mrs. Jennifer Penczarski as Superintendent of Kenton City Schools effective January 1, 2011 through July 31, 2014. Annual rate of salary to be set at $95,000. (See attached copy of contract)
