The district is looking for an excellent leader who has knowledge of food service programming, and Ohio and Federal nutrition law and regulations.
The successful candidate must possess strong leadership skills; excellent communication skills (both written and oral) with students, parents, and staff; organizational skills; great interpersonal skills; computer literacy skills; the ability to work collaboratively; the ability to apply critical thinking skills; the ability to multi-task; and the ability to make independent decisions.
Supervisory or coordinator experience of three (3) years or more is preferred.

Preferred Degree requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with academic major concentration in food and nutrition, food service management, dietetics, family and consumer sciences, nutrition education, culinary arts, or business; or
Bachelor’s degree in any academic major, and State-recognized certificate for nutrition director; or
Bachelor’s degree in any academic major, and at least one (1) year of relevant school nutrition programs experience.

Successful candidates must have the ability to provide an acceptable BCI/FBI background check.

240 day contract to begin August 1, 2017.
