Homecoming is nearly here and we are excited about the upcoming festivities taking place at Kenton High School. The Kenton High School students and staff are working hard to create a spectacular week of fun for the students and community. There will be the annual spirit week, pep rally, and a new tradition of the door decorating contest.

The bonfire will take place on the evening of September 27 at 8 p.m. in the Athletic Building parking lot.  The cheerleaders will create an environment of pep and celebration as the students cheer their Kenton Wildcats to victory on Friday, September 28th during our game against Van Wert.

There will also be a pep assembly just before the end of the day on Friday to get everyone excited for the football game! The cheerleaders have spent a lot of time organizing fun activities for the school to engage in.

Our Homecoming parade will begin promptly at 6 p.m. on Friday, September 28th at the Windstream Parking Lot. The Homecoming Court will be riding through town just before they are announced at the football game. The parade will consist of the High School Band, JROTC, FFA, Cheerleaders, and Homecoming Court.

Finally, the annual Homecoming dance will take place at Kenton High School on September 29 from 8-11 p.m. We are enthusiastic about Homecoming at KHS and hope you will join us in our celebrations.
